2. Training Needs Analysis(TNA)
A. Business Task analysis, Current conditions, Use and Task Requirements
B. Training Gap Analysis. The difference between the current training and skills and the new skill requirements.
C. Training Options Analysis. The options for training including techniques, media and cost effectiveness.
3. Post Project Evaluation.
These steps can be a short as one meeting, or may take several weeks depending on the complexity of the requirement.
From the results of the Training Needs Analysis Gaddon will then either find a suitable course from within our own current training capabilities, design a course to match your needs or find a suitable training course from a provider that you approve.
